What We Expect from You:

• Commercial training, preferably as a freight forwarding clerk or as a clerk for freight forwarding and logistics services
• Several years of practical experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Confident phone presence, negotiation skills, with a high level of customer and service orientation
• Solid IT skills
• Cost- and profit-oriented thinking and actions
• Organizational talent, resilience, and flexibility
• Good command of German, both written and spoken; English/Russian is desirable
• Assertiveness and implementation strength, as well as the ability to work independently
